Our team takes care of everything from setup to serving. The package includes our 16 oz commercial popcorn machine, concession tent, experienced attendant and popcorn supplies, creating an easy and professional concession experience for your guests.
Perfect for corporate events, school fun days, community celebrations, festivals, fundraisers, sporting events and private celebrations.
IMPORTANT SERVICE DETAILS
Minimum service: 3 hours
Includes: 16 oz commercial popcorn machine, concession tent, 1 attendant and standard popcorn supplies
Estimated capacity: Approximately 100–150 servings per hour per machine
Service: Fresh popcorn prepared and served throughout the booked service period
Setup and takedown: Included
Food Safety: Concession service is operated in accordance with applicable Alberta Health Services (AHS) food safety and sanitation requirements
Power: Standard 120V electrical power required at the setup location (generators can be provided for additional cost)
Starting price: $499 for up to 3 hours
Additional hours: $129 per hour
PRICING AND QUOTE
The displayed package price includes the concession equipment, tent, standard supplies, one attendant, setup, service and takedown for up to 3 hours.
Delivery is calculated separately based on the event location.
Standard supplies are based on the expected attendance provided at booking. Larger events or higher serving requirements may require additional supplies, machines or attendants and will be quoted accordingly.
LARGE EVENTS & CUSTOM PACKAGES
Planning a larger event? We have multiple concession machines available and can add additional machines and attendants to increase serving capacity.
We can also create custom bundle packages combining concession service with inflatables, obstacle courses, carnival games, Mechanical Bull rentals and other Happy Place Rentals YYC attractions.

With its large 16 oz kettle, this high-capacity machine is ideal for birthday parties, school events, corporate events, festivals, fundraisers and community celebrations.

Estimated production: Approximately 64 cups of popped popcorn per batch
Rental period: Same-day rental - 12 hrs.
Service: Customer pickup available; delivery and setup available for an additional fee
Supplies: Popcorn, oil, seasoning and serving bags are not included

PRICING AND RENTAL INFORMATION
The displayed price is for the machine rental only and includes normal post-rental cleaning and sanitizing.
Customer pickup is available from our Calgary SE location. Delivery and setup can be added for an additional fee.
Extended hours and multi-day rentals may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us for a customized quote.
SUPPLIES AND CLEANING
Customers must provide their own popcorn kernels, oil, seasoning and serving bags.
The machine should be returned reasonably tidy. Normal cleaning and sanitizing are included in the rental price; excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Concession attendants, generators, cotton candy machines and other event rentals can be added for an additional fee.
